Continuing education is a huge part of how josh has gotten where he is. He is always finding ways and places to discover new flavors, ideas and is an open book to try something… at least once.
It was an honor this past week to be able to send our head-Baker Chloe to Valrhona in Brooklyn, NY so she could train with a top ranked baker.
