Canned 12 quarts of mixed stock of chicken and vegetables , almost 36 hours on low and slow and an additional 12 hour of just the bones with 1/2 cup vinegar in just enough broth to cover and then added back to stock pot! Came out a lovely amber/ honey color with lots of pulp! Going to make for some fine soups, stews, beans, gravy and etc!

Beautiful rose at my In-laws house , today, was Mom’s 79th birthday party, actually her birthday is coming up Tuesday, but we celebrated early! Beautiful rose for a beautiful soul, and a good friend! Thanks for including me as family, and I appreciate you and all the love!…… She don’t look a day over 60 with a spirit of a teenager, and the heart of a woman that’s wise to the world and willing to share the joy!
