At Eataly we brought the spirit of Romagna to the table with a live Fresco Piada demo. Guests stopped by to discover the art of piadina, tasting it warm and freshly sliced just like in an Italian kitchen, where food is meant to be shared with family and friends.

From curious food lovers to true piadina enthusiasts, it was a day filled with authentic bites, great conversations and the simple pleasure of Italian conviviality. Because Italian food is not only about ingredients. It is about the moments we create together around the table.
