On today’s episode of running a cinnamon roll business out of your house...

We had an electrician out today to look at adding more electrical capacity and another oven.
What used to be a small pantry is now officially the Bun Room. 😂

Somewhere along the way, our house started losing rooms and gaining bakery equipment. Now we're discussing dedicated circuits, additional ovens, and what else we can fit in here without completely taking over the house.

Our buns keeps growing, and we're incredibly grateful for it. 💙

Thank you for supporting this little bakery dream and keeping us busy enough that an electrician has become part of the conversation. We definitely didn't see that one coming when we started baking cinnamon rolls in our kitchen.

We will be closing down pre-orders tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5:00 p.m. so we have time to prep and get all of the ingredients.

Big Buns continues to grow and we're trying to keep up. 😅

Tonight's lesson:
A 20-quart mixer can hold approximately 16 pounds of powdered sugar, half a gallon of milk, and a dozen sticks of butter... right before things start getting messy.

We're constantly learning, adapting, and figuring out how to fit a growing bakery into our house, our cars, and our lives. Two years in (next month!) and we're still learning.

Thank you for showing up week after week and grabbing our buns 😉
