It's Simple Sourdough

Hey everyone,!
We are sourdough bakers based out of Melissa. We have been in business since March 2024. We moved from Florida last year during the summer time. What a journey it has been. We work in our respected healthcare and corporate jobs during the day and mix dough at night/early morning. We are parents to our 3 beautiful young adults daughters and our 5 years old, rambunctious son.

We will have hot and fresh sourdough for this Saturday or Sunday pickup. Each loaf is over 920+ grams. Everyone of our items have sourdough starter so you get the gut health benefits.

Deadline to place your order is Wed. 5pm.

$3 each- Bagels (plain, j&c, asiago, parmesan, everything, sesame, poppy)

$12- Plain
$15- Jalapeno/cheddar
$15- Cinnamon raisen
$15- Roasted garlic with asiago cheese
$15- 7 seeds (similar to Dave's bread)

$15- Olive oil seasalt foccacia (8 by 11) +$1 per each inclusions

$2-$3 cookies (chocolate chip, white chocolate strawberry-$3 with nuts and coconut shavings)

$15- Banana bread ($2 walnuts and chocolate chip)
$15- Pumpkin bread ($1 chocolate chip)
$17- NEW FOR FALL - Apple Fritter sweet bread

$3 scones (message for flavors). We make sweet and savory. Need to be orders of at least 2

Just for fun times, I will post my early on sourdough bakes. Funny, looking back how overwhelming it was from the having a new batch sourdough starter to mixing dough, then watching it go through bulk fermentation to putting the loaf together then to baking it. I thank the knowledgeable sourdough bakers who shared their wisdoms in my knowledge. If you have ever been one who wants to dive in, don't be scared. We all started somewhere. I have passed on my knowledge (what I know but there is still so much) back in Lakeland before the move. I thought about 50 people. They were all friends and previous customers.
I have thought about teaching a class here and there and I will host it in my home. If you are interested, let me know.

Say hello to our Sourdough Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels!We took our signature slow-fermented wild sourdough and cranked up the flavor. Each bagel features a crispy cheddar cheese skirt and fresh jalapeño slices baked right into the crust. They are perfectly chewy on the inside with a beautiful golden crunch on the outside.
