Today was a day we'll never forget.
We sold out of three of our products we brought out today at The Melissa Market, and while we're incredibly grateful for every customer who stopped by our booth, what makes today even more special is that May 30th was our Nana's birthday.
A Taste of Walnut Grove Lane was born from her dream. She had a gift for making people feel loved. Whether it was through a warm conversation, a shared laugh, or something homemade from her kitchen. She believed food was more than food…it was a way to bring people together and fill both their hearts and bellies with joy.
Jayden and I have poured our hearts into bringing that dream to life in her memory. Every recipe, every market day, every late night of baking is our way of keeping a piece of her with us. Today felt like a little reminder that she's still a part of this journey.
I'm especially proud of the little boy who grew into my business partner. Watching Jayden work beside me, carry on family traditions, and help build something so meaningful has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.
Thank you to everyone who supported us today, and a special thank you to the Melissa Farmers Market for having us and helping us keep Nana's memory, and her recipes alive.
Our hearts are full. We are deeply grateful.
