Bread pudding.
recipes don’t just feed you, they bring you home. 🤎
This Bread Pudding has been part of my family for as long as my dad can remember. As a little boy, he would make it with my grandmother, turning day-old bread into something magical. It wasn’t about fancy ingredients. It was about making the most of what you had, filling the house with the aroma of caramel and orange, and creating memories that lasted a lifetime.
Today, every loaf of bread, every hint of fresh orange, every tiny raisin, and every silky spoonful reminds us of those moments. Finished with a rich blanket of homemade caramel, this dessert is soft, comforting, and filled with the kind of love that only recipes passed from one generation to the next can carry.
In Peru, Budín de Pan is more than a dessert, it’s a tradition found in so many homes, where nothing is wasted and everything is made with heart. Families around the world have their own version, but this one carries our story.
Every time we bake it, it feels like my grandmother is still in the kitchen with us… and now we’re honored to share that little piece of our family with yours. ❤️
Because the sweetest recipes aren’t written on paper—they’re written in memories.
