First Bake Tortillas Aircraft Engineer by trade. Tortillas by conviction. First Bake started because I got tired of reading ingredients and not recognizing any on them. No seed oils.

Here’s what I have. This is seasonal and not tortillas but we love our Roasted green chile! I had some fun and took a side trip while in Texas.

🚨We have s**t load of them. Also have limited number of fresh that we will sell or roast tomorrow (8-23-26). DM me. Please share if you know of some peeps that like to do the roasting themselves.

If you want to just come out and smell the roasting and see what the hype is all about then come on! 😆🔥

Also, for the hard core, Limited amount of Roasted 38 # fresh sacks at $8/lb roasted weight (~28 #). Medium heat only for these.
