Ed's Sweets Welcome to Ed's Sweets LLC page! We are a small veteran and woman owned bakery out of Brevard County bringing delicious sweet treats your way! Why Ed's Sweets?

It all started with the sweetest man I have ever known, Edward Kopp. He was an amazing brother, husband, father, and papa! My Papa to be exact. All growing up, not only did he teach my how to have compassion and love in my heart, he showed my the joy that comes from that first bite into a cookie. Through his struggles with dementia, he never forgot his love for his family, but most importantly, he

never lost his love for SWEETS! He is my inspiration and drive to begin this journey. I can only hope to honor him in the best way possible, opening a bakery in his name. And so, this woman owned business will hold this name close, and make sure to continue showing everyone who snacks here the joy of the first bite of our sweets!

Wanted to send out an update! Ed's Sweets has been quiet for a few months since I have been given an amazing work opportunity! I have been away from home and unable to bake much but look forward to returning soon! I am available to take any orders 1 week out again starting Feb 15th.
I am also happy to announce we plan on returning to farmers markets soon as well!
Thank you all for your patience with us and your continued support! We look forward to seeing you all again soon to serve up some sweet treats! 🥰
