Every week we bake hundreds of loaves for our community. Sometimes we end up with a few extras, and this week we wanted to share them with you.

We’ve stocked our Community Blessing Stand with sourdough and treats at 6458 Floridana Ave in Melbourne Beach.

This is a pay-what-you-can, take-what-you-need stand—but please know there is absolutely no need to pay anything.

We simply had extra and wanted to give back to the community that has supported our little bakery from the very beginning.

If your family could use some fresh bread, please stop by. If you know someone who could use a little extra love this week, grab something for them too.

No catch. No purchase necessary. Just neighbors loving neighbors.

Every time I remember where we started my heart explodes with gratitude.

This hutch? I found it for free on the side of the road.
I invested $0 for my grand opening and used it “as is”.

It was important to me that I could prove profitability before making a big financial investment into my cottage bakery.

Every month we made changes.
And by the 5th month we converted the front of our garage to the little bakery we know and love today! 💗

It’s been a wild ride. We’re coming up on being in business for 10 months and we’ve fallen in love with our community.

We have some exciting things on the horizon and can’t wait to share them with you as we continue to grow!

Day 1 looked like 15 loaves of bread, 3 dozen cookies, a few bags of dehydrated starter… and a whole lot of hope that maybe someone would stop by.

No tent. Just a little hutch on the side of the road and a prayer.

This past weekend…
250 loaves of sourdough
20 dozen cookies
120 cinnamon rolls
plus mixes and more

Somewhere between then and now, everything changed.

What started as a simple setup on the street has turned into a little bakery in our garage… and a rhythm we look forward to every single week.

But the best part has never been the numbers.
It’s the people.

Seeing our neighbors. Meeting new faces. Baking for our community.

We are so grateful for every order, every kind word, every bit of support.

Day 1 felt small… but it was everything.
