Rhubarb, Horses 🐴 & Gratitude 🍓

The last few days have been a whirlwind of rhubarb harvesting, baking, and meeting some incredibly kind people.

✨After putting out a call for rhubarb, several folks reached out and generously offered to share from their gardens. ✨These photos were taken at one of the beautiful places we visited this week while gathering rhubarb. The scenery was stunning, but the kindness and conversations along the way have been just as memorable.🙌

I’m still looking for additional rhubarb as we work to keep Strawberry 🍓 Rhubarb 🥧 on the menu for as long as possible this season. If you have extra rhubarb you’d be willing to share, I’d love to hear from you!

This weekend I’ll be busy filling special orders and judging a horse show on Sunday, so we won’t have our regular 🥧 stand setup. I do expect to have a few extra Strawberry 🍓 Rhubarb pies available, along with fresh baklava. If you’d like one, send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s available.

We’re also taking Father’s Day pre-orders now. With Landon potentially heading out on fire assignment, pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your favorite 🥧 for next weekend.

Memorial Day Weekend pie lineup is looking GOOD. 🇺🇸🥧

✨Strawberry Rhubarb is officially dropping — first of the season! 🍓🤩

We’re planning for apple, spring crumble, strawberry rhubarb, pecan, triple berry, blueberry, and lots of cherry pies, plus pie bark, baklava, and weekend treats.🙌

We’ll be open Saturday and Sunday for sure, and possibly Friday and Monday too. We’ll keep you posted!👏

🥧Come see us and stock up for the long weekend. Homemade, limited, and baked with lots of heart.
