Need a sweet treat to celebrate with this St. Paddy’s Day? Bake my espresso infused recipe for Devil’s Food Cake into cupcakes (recipe makes about 27), brush with a heavy hand of whiskey while still warm, and then frost with an Irish Cream Spiked vanilla buttercream. You’ll think you’ve found “the luck ‘o the Irish”.
