Dear Berg-Nest Bakery Friends,
After much reflection and with a heart full of gratitude ❤️, I’ve decided to shift the focus of Berg-Nest Bakery.
Starting soon, I’ll be closing the chapter on personalized cookie orders to make space for simpler, joy-filled treats like cake pops and other delicious creations.
This change allows me to pour more love into the parts of baking that bring balance to my family life, while still being able to pursue my passion.
I will absolutely fulfill all existing custom cookie orders, and I’ll continue to offer pre-sale options for themed cookie sets throughout the year. I’m just stepping away from individual custom requests.
Thank you so much for supporting this evolving journey!!

A few treats for my daughter’s 12th birthday ❤️ She wanted layered desserts so I did my vanilla bean butter cake with buttercream frosting and an edible bow and cherry 🍒 decoration. Then we did lofthouse style cookies with a crystallized cow print pattern and edible squishmallow cow decorations! I love making drop cookies with edible decorations 🤗 just another way to have delicious but still custom cookies!

Just another “for fun” set that I did for my book club. Our book was about Alaska so I used some sunset colors with some icy colors and did a few new techniques that I’ve been wanting to try ☺️

I wish I had taken a better picture of the “Swifty” inspired cupcakes with edible butterflies that I made for a sweet 8 year old 💕 I always forget how much I love making cupcakes 🤗 and thank you Melissa for your order!

My largest order so far this year- 25 dozen cookies for a 🌷“Blooming Housing Market” I absolutely loved designing these cookies and even though the hand piped flowers took a lot of time- I’m so pleased with how they turned out! Thank you so much Lisa for your order and continuous support!! 😊 A huge thanks to my family for letting me lock myself in my cookie room for 4 days to complete these too! 😂

Just some mini conversation heart cookies with Gen Alpha Slang 😁 My daughter loved these cookies! We just made them for close friends- but it was super funny to look all these words up—-the things our kids say 😂🤣

Ahhh 😍 these have to be my FAVORITE just for fun set!! Which is crazy because if you know me- I HATE Pickles 😂 But I couldn’t resist making these for a fun night with our close friends 🤗 I love how I was able to use extra cookies that I stored in the freezer- if you look closely there’s a Christmas Tree, Fall Leaf, a Candy Corn and Rainbow shape 😆 Pickles playing Pickleball- does it get any cuter?!!
