About me:
I am a mom of two based in Medina, MN. The love of baking has always lived within me as long as I can remember. When I discovered my youngest child had multiple food allergies, my life changed significantly: suddenly, everything revolved around making safe and enjoyable treats for him. Combining my love for

baking and my passion for creating treats that can be enjoyed by all has led to Zhinus Delights. Mission Statement:
My mission is inclusivity – I want to ensure everyone can enjoy treats regardless of dietary needs. All my ingredients are of the highest quality and freshly prepared without the use of any preservatives. ALLERGIES
Please be advised that although Zhinus Delights is an allergen friendly home bakery and while I strive to avoid cross contamination, where Ingredients such as wheat, eggs and other allergens may not be in the products, they are still be present in my home kitchen.
