Happy Saturday!

My dough just didn't cooperate, and rather than put out something I wasn't happy with, I decided to start over.

The good news is there are fresh cookies and blueberry muffins out at the stand today 🍫🫐✨

I'm hoping to have fresh bread back out by midweek once I get my starter happy again and give it another shot 🍞

And a new one I’m actually pretty excited about 🍁

Ben Byrd reached out to me about his maple syrup, so I grabbed some to share.

He included a note explaining the process and the natural minerals left in it—called nitre. It’s less processed, a little richer, and keeps more of what’s naturally in it, like calcium and magnesium, which support things like muscle and nerve function, bone health, and energy production.

Figured it deserved a spot out there—give it a try. I’ve got some ideas for it 👀
