Reviving my sourdough starter Frank(enstein) for some future baking! I will be mixing up scones, cookies, and hope to make some sourdough sandwich bread.

I’d love to hear from you… what types of sourdough would you be willing to try?

Had a lot of good feedback on the Carrot Cake Scones. ♥️ Some suggested adding raisins.

Let me know your thoughts… should I soak the raisins in honey water or perhaps rum?

Eggs! I have 20 dozen eggs that have been washed and refrigerated for approximately 2-3 weeks. (Still fresher than store bought and much better). I need to make room for more eggs….
