Don’t have much time for baking these days, but for my brother I’m willing to make an exception 🤍 He requested a cake that gives off coconut macaroon dipped in chocolate vibes. (I know there’s a lot of coconut haters out there but I’m one of the few obsessed with it so I was extra excited for this one)

It’s a yellow cake with a homemade coconut whipped cream frosting and chocolate ganache topped with toasted coconut 🥥

He said it looks and tastes exactly how he imagined it would 🥰

When life hands me lemons, I make lemon tiramisu 🍋 Layers of homemade lemon curd, decadent mascarpone cream, and lady fingers dipped in limoncello. Literally tastes like lemon cheesecake 😍
