I was recently asked when I got started baking and it was much harder to answer than expected, because for as long as I can remember, I have been in the kitchen with my mama whipping up something! After watching A LOT of baking shows and saying "I could do that", I finally started testing out more intricate designs and more complex bakes. s trumped design so I set out to refine my decorating skills. This started with decorating sugar cookies and has since evolved into macarons, pies, cakes, and more! I do my best work when I have some creative flexibility, but will diligently work to incorporate what is most important to you. I will be honest if I don't think I can meet what you're looking for and will do my best to provide an alternative option that I feel confident in. I am a full-time data analyst and all-the-time mom to a rambunctious toddler so I will always be upfront about any capacity concerns with meeting your date as well. At the end of the day, I love a challenge and baking is my ultimate stress reliever so why not marry those two worlds?!
