I was recently asked when I got started baking and it was much harder to answer than expected, because for as long as I can remember, I have been in the kitchen with my mama whipping up something! After watching A LOT of baking shows and saying "I could do that", I finally started testing out more intricate designs and more complex bakes. Having years of experience in the kitchen, my flavors alway

s trumped design so I set out to refine my decorating skills. This started with decorating sugar cookies and has since evolved into macarons, pies, cakes, and more! I do my best work when I have some creative flexibility, but will diligently work to incorporate what is most important to you. I will be honest if I don't think I can meet what you're looking for and will do my best to provide an alternative option that I feel confident in. I am a full-time data analyst and all-the-time mom to a rambunctious toddler so I will always be upfront about any capacity concerns with meeting your date as well. At the end of the day, I love a challenge and baking is my ultimate stress reliever so why not marry those two worlds?! This may have been my fastest bake to date, less than 24 hours from an idea to this 😅

Using what I had on hand, we have a 3 tiered white cake layered with buttercream and fresh strawberries inside, completed with some fondant decorations.
