Hello Almond Creek Community!
It’s been a while… I wasn’t sure I’d find my way back here!
However, thanks to my family… that still resides in SoMd.. I am well aware of all of you people who are disappointed, and maybe even a bit sad, that I’ve moved out of state! We miss you too!
I’ve spent the past year or so traveling the country with my kiddos! (which was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend!) We have finally landed in Chattanooga, TN and will be opening up a little shop/cafe soon! While we will not be offering anything like we did in Southern Maryland, it will still be fabulous! We will be focused on healthy, nourishing foods and drinks…and yes we will have pastries! This magical little place is called Soulshine and you’re welcome to follow along here! (We will be getting doing real soon)

I have had many requests over the years for recipes, how to videos and online courses. After taking some much needed time off, I have decided that it is finally time to circle back to this idea and answer the call! I am ready to create these products!
As I was contemplating how and when I would do this… I had a thought/idea drop in…
