Well I have finished my first class in my Pastry Arts degree. I have made many different desserts and loved doing it, so I know I am doing what I love!

I have made pound cake, chocolate chip cookies, biscotti, brownies, lady finger sponges, bakes Alaska, meringue cookies, spritz cookies (could have piped them better🤷‍♀️) and diamond cookies for my class!

The cupcakes I just made this weekend for my coteacher ( Sarah Grace Holley ) baby girls 2nd birthday! I haven't decorated or really made cupcakes in a couple of years and I think they came out great! Sarah says they're good so imma believe her!

So the past few weeks I have been baking more and more because I am officially back in college for my Pastry Arts degree...

So the past few weeks I have been baking more and more because I am officially back in college for my Pastry Arts degree. I dont know why I ever stopped but I have been more and more happy since baking again. I am on week 3 of class and will be making Chocolate Chip Cookies and Pound Cake sometime this weekend for my class!

I am just super proud and happy that I'm once again doing something I love!

So here I made some Whipped Cream Cookies. I made these for Thanksgiving and they were super soft and covered in powdered sugar. I thought myself they tasted amazing. The white ones were vanilla and the others were chocolate. I also made some no bake cookies as well but I didnt get any good pictures of them as I was in a hurry. They were darker because of the type of cocoa powder I used, it was real cocoa and came from a real baker. I myself do think they could have used some more peanut butter so I will be making more to try and perfect them.
