Bakery Belicia I bake, sculpt & decorate cakes. I make Dry mixes for quick, healthy treats you can make at home. I also offer Pies, Cookies, Chocolates, etc.

And I make Low-Carb, Paleo, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Allergen-Free, etc. in addition to traditional goodies. NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ORDERS. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Everything is Homemade! My kitchen is licensed with the State of Maine! In addition to traditional cakes, I also make Low-Carb, Sugar-Free, Gluten-free,Vegan, Ice cream & other specialty cakes & candies. My daughter and I are having another Pop-up cookie sale this Friday, 8/30, from 4-6:30! We will have gluten-free and traditional options. Come out and get some tasty cookies and support my girl as she gets started in the baking world! 23 Pearl St. Norway. Please share with your friends!
The last farmers market will be next door from 5-8. They will have pizza, so you can get your dinner, shopping and dessert all in one trip! Can't wait to see you all!

Today's the day!
Pop-up cookie sale TODAY, Friday, 8/23, 4-6:30pm at 23 Pearl St. Norway! My daughter has been asking to make and sell some chocolate chip cookies, so that's what we'll be doing. I'll be helping, but this will mainly be done by my 10 year old. (If I find the time, maybe I'll put out some other items as well.)
All cookies will be dairy-free! We will have both gluten and gluten-free options. Gluten-free cookies will be organic and sweetened with coconut sugar.
The local farmer's market will be right down the road from 5-8, if you want to get some other local goodies at the same time.

Haven't made a cake in so long. But, just had to make one for my sister, so I figured I'd share it.. Semi-naked, low-sugar, GF, chocolate, oat flour cake, with homemade, organic, raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream. Mostly organic. ❤

I will not be taking any new cake orders for the time being. If you already have a cake ordered (or I have already agreed to making one, though not quite ordered yet, those will be honored). Hopefully, come winter, I'll be able to start taking orders again.
