Time to start the day.....
Here are some of our flavored and unflavored blends.

Unflavored -
You will see many of them (single origin options especially) have unique flavor profiles.

Often times people think the darker the roast the “stronger” the coffee is.Strong” is subject to interpretation. While dark roasts may have a more intense flavor, they actually have a little less caffeine than lighter roasts!
The longer the beans roast, the less caffeine they have by volume because the bean itself loses water during roasting. During this process bean actually becomes larger. Larger beans mean less beans used by volume compared to lighter roasts who don’t lose as much volume to them. Interesting, right? I did not know this.

Let’s start with the flavored options.
Here’s a list of our flavors that are offered year round. So many to choose from! Java Momma also has numerous limited edition options which I’ll highlight a little later.
Our flavored coffees are flavored with a proprietary oil blend that is lab certified to contain no allergens or gluten. In addition to being dairy free/soy free/nut free/gluten free, their sugar free!

My wife found Java Momma because she was looking for a sugar free coffee that she could drink black. Java Momm's coffee add nothing to cup of coffee. Flavored with oils. Let us talk decaf! Some of you may be wondering what the point of decaf, right is. Some love the taste, but for health, reasons just can’t have the caffeine.
Decaf coffee often gets a bad rep. Not only because it is not caffeinated lol. Many find that decaf just does not taste good. The reason? Chemicals
Do you know how your decaf coffee is processed? Do you know that a majority of coffee is decaffeinated using a chemical process? This chemical process, as described in the link, is horrible for your health. In addition to these points, the chemicals often used are deemed potentially cancerous.
Java Momma uses a natural chemical free process to decaffinate the beans. This is just another reason Java Momma products are superior to the rest!
Java Momma also has a great article in our website with additional information if you are curious. Do you know any decaf drinkers? Ask if they know how their coffee is decaffeinated. Did you know there is a bean belt? I sure did not
This is the general region coffee is best grown. Each area gives the beans a unique flavor profile. Who knew, right? Like wine right
If you have a great palate, you may notice the subtle flavor notes the regions have to offer. Like the Brazil Dark which has a sweet cinnamon note. Alternatively, the Sumatra Satin, which has undertones of chocolate and cherry.

Java Momma coffee is AIR-ROASTED!
A method that never actually has went mainstream. Despite the fact that air-roasting methods have been around since the 1970s, only a small percentage of coffee served around the world today is air roasted.
WHAT IS AIR ROASTED COFFEE?
Air roasted coffee is roasted on a fluid bed of hot air as opposed to the traditional method of tumbling in a hot steel drum. Think popcorn popper!
This method is faster, cleaner and easier to duplicate the same quality batch after batch. Air roasted coffee is smoother and less bitter than traditional drum roasted coffee.
THE AIR ROASTED PROCESS:
The beans are placed into a roasting chamber where they levitate on a bed of very hot air pushing through the chamber in one continuous motion. As each individual bean floats in this vortex, it is roasted on all sides at a consistent temperature maintained by the air throughout the process.
As the beans are roasted, they pop and crack until the outer husk of the bean is blown off and into a collector chamber before it settles.
When the desired roast level is achieved, the cooling process begins. Air roasted coffee has the shortest roasting time, which can be as little as 4-8 minutes, while drum roasted coffee can take upward of 15 minutes to complete. Longer roasting times can mean more flavor loss. The longer the coffee roasts, the further it gets away from its true flavor.
Drum roasted coffee is roasted “to color,” meaning coffee roasters rely on the coffee within the drum to look a certain color to signify that it is done. This method can be inconsistent because color can be a subjective measurement. Variations in taste can occur as a result of different roasters stopping after different roasting times.
Air roasters, roast their coffee “to temperature,” stopping the roasting process once it reaches a predetermined time and temperature. By roasting “to temperature,” air roasters are able to be more precise, duplicating batches to keep the same color, flavor profile, and aroma coffee drinkers’ love.
