New Year, new bake method! 🎉 The open bake method on has been a huge upgrade for me. It was something I wanted to try for awhile, but was forced to just jump into a new method after finding the oven at our new place was smaller. 🫠 Sometimes having to just go for something is the best way to start!

📣 To all my faithful customers: I wanted to give you a heads up that somewhere towards the middle of February I will be taking a break from baking bread for a couple months. We’re preparing to be a family of four, and as we adjust to that new season I’m going to give the faithful starter a good break as well. 😉

My sourdough freezes well, so if you would like to place a larger order to stock your freezer for that time, shoot me a message!

Something yummy is cooking! 🧑‍🍳 With Mothers Day on Sunday I decided to do something a little extra special to add to your Sunday Brunch for you to grab at the Second Saturday Market tomorrow!
