Confections of a Cake Lover is a bakery that thrives on adding artistic flair to traditional cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and assorted pastries. We specialize in the edible medium of fondant, which is a pliable sugar-based dough that is not available among local commercial bakeries. We identify ourselves as a “cake artist” because we strive to create edible art that aims to enhance our client’s cele

bratory event. Our two mottoes are: Always from Scratch and Reach for the Customer’s Vision. It is important that our baked good are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Customer service is also of the utmost importance to us; we always strive to create the pastry that the customer wants (within good taste!) and take the time to communicate to our customers. With each specialty order that we receive, it is our personal goal to make a tasty and memorable pastry that the client and their guests will fondly remember for years to come.
