Hey everyone, sorry I have been missing in action… I was a bit busy with my daughter’s 16th birthday week/weekend. 🥹 every year when I make my daughters birthday cakes, I ask them what flavor and kind of cake they want. This year, my daughter asked me to make her a birthday cake made out of strawberry shortcake cake without the strawberries… lol she said for the filling she wanted a chocolate mousse. I was like “ohh 😯 hmmm 🤔 😅 okay!” I told her no problem. I have never made a strawberry shortcake before, in fact a birthday cake out of it. I have decided to add an extra love to the cake, aka chocolate sauce (😅) to make sure the cake wasn’t dry.

So here it is my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday cake made with extra love and lots of emotions 🥹 and I am so proud of how the cake turned out.

I don’t do these trends too often but I wanted to try this one to see what happens. I was surprised by the result haha! ...

I was surprised by the result haha! ☺️ Although this is not a real image, seeing myself like this makes me smile because this is what my dream looks like honestly. It’s not impossible, it will happen. It’s just matter of time when it will happen. Can’t wait to have my bakery shop one day where I sell all my baked goods! ❤️🙏🏻
