McMinnville Baker's Dozen We meet the 1st Monday of the month at 6:30 PM to share the tasty results from our baking adventures.

The McMinnville Baker's Dozen is a group of baking enthusiasts that come together the first Monday of every month at 6:30 P.M. We agree upon a type of baked good or a specific recipe that we will individually create at home and bring to the table to share. Some of our meetings this year have featured hand-pies/pasties, pavlova, pan d'oro, cakes featuring liqueurs, galettes, ciabatta, and puff pastry.

Next Monday, July 3rd, at 6:30 is our July meeting in Newberg at Patty's house. We will be baking macarons, (not coconut macaroons!) There are lots of info videos on YouTube and Pinterest if you want help. See you there.

For the May 6th meeting, the group decided to go with a Middle East, Israeli, North African, Turkish, or Greek recipe. Anita volunteered to host so we will send her address before the next meeting on May 6.
