My Buckeye brownies are thick, fudgy squares topped with a creamy peanut‑butter layer and finished with a smooth chocolate glaze — rich, nostalgic, and perfect with coffee. The lemon cookies are soft, bright, and lightly sweet, with a sunny citrus flavor that makes them a crowd favorite. The vanilla cupcakes are tender and fluffy, topped with a swirl of homemade vanilla buttercream that’s silky and not too sweet. And the homemade cinnamon rolls are baked fresh that morning — soft, buttery spirals with warm cinnamon throughout and a generous drizzle of icing on top.

I’ve decided to expand McKinney Cottage Company… not just as a bakery, but as a micro‑mini‑teeny‑tiny farm.And by “farm,” I mean I have about six plants doing their absolute best in some 5‑gallon buckets.Still — I’m ridiculously proud of my little tomato and lemon cucumber babies.
