Good morning, McKinney friends — I’m open today and trying something new to keep everything extra fresh in this Texas heat. All baked goods are staying chilled in a cooler so they’re perfectly soft, delicious, and protected from the weather.

I’ll be open until I sell out, so come by early if you can.

Today’s menu:

Good news, McKinney friends — my Saturday bake sale is happening again at 1009 W. Howell Street this Saturday August 22. I’ll be open from 8 AM until sell‑out (usually 1–2 PM).

Here’s what I’m baking:

• Fresh baked cinnamon rolls - $5

• Raspberry thumbprint cookies — melt‑in‑your‑mouth and larger than the usual size (3 for $4).

• Biscotti — perfect with coffee (3‑pack for $3)

• Mocha cupcakes with espresso buttercream — rich, bold, and a crowd favorite ($3 each)

• Lemon blueberry cheesecake cookies — soft, bright, and delicious (2 for $3)

And because I love keeping things fun… there might be a surprise item. Come by and see what I come up with.

If you want to pre-order can text your order to me at 214–875–0600. I just need a 50% deposit to hold your order. I take Zelle, Venmo and Cash app.

Because I sold out of my mocha cupcakes with espresso buttercream within the first hour of my last bake sale I’ll be baking a fresh batch for this Saturday’s sale. They’re $3 each, and if you want me to hold some for you, just let me know.

Bake sale day is tomorrow, and I’ll be set up further up the driveway in the shade (no tent this time — just a comfy spot to grab something sweet).

Tomorrow’s Menu:

• “Howell Hunk” chocolate chip cookie

• Peanut butter brownie bars
