We’ll be closed tomorrow Sunday, May 10th for Mother’s Day and will be open next week Wednesday- Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday May 16th 8am-noon.

During this terrible and unprecedented crisis, we are so very saddened to post that the last day for the Davis family’s location of The Donut Kitchen in downtown McKinney will be Saturday May 16th. Almost 7 years ago we committed to this dream, and though it has been a crazy ride of a lifetime, we can quickly forget about the tough times and will only cherish forever the great times! We want to sincerely thank all of the amazing employees we have had at the original location in Stonebridge Ranch, and the newer location in downtown McKinney. We extend a truly heartfelt thank you to the key people on our team who endured us when we were not at our best, and a gigantic thank you as well because we simply could not have done it without you (Chef Ben, Peggy, Lindsey, Aneta, Joshua, Montanna,Lori, Audrey, Julie, Ashley, Chris, Krystal, Kayla, Tucker, Kenzie, Maryn, Arianna, Jaime, Cameron, Emma, Tyler, Kelly and Madison Scott and many others as well). Of course we also want to thank all of our loyal customers from the bottom of our hearts, because we never imagined we would meet and grow close to so many awesome people, through fundraisers and special birthday parties and holiday events and hundreds of weddings and churches and schools and businesses and the Samaritan Inn and all who came in to visit us, the list goes on and on, and we were so fortunate to be able to make what we believed to be the best donuts and other delicious food for tens of thousands of happy customers for so many years. We met some of the best people in the world and that was the biggest blessing of all! No longer having the daily smiles and conversations with all of you is a really big heart breaker for us. It is so extremely hard to say goodbye to all of you this way and we hope to see everyone soon, but mainly we just pray for the best for all of you, and we will never forget your kindness and support. So from the Davis family to all of you, much love from The Donut Kitchen!
