Organic fresh baked vegan and vegan/gluten free gingerbread houses are ready for pre-order!

Pre-orders will be taken through Nov. 26th. Pick up Dec. 17th through Dec. 24th. Payment due at time of order via Venmo or Zelle.

Good morning!

It is so nice to be back! I had a wonderful Summer spending time with family and friends, and now it is time to get back to the kitchen!

For those who don’t who I am, my name is Carly. I am the owner and baker of Sinfully Simple, LLC in McKinney. I have been baking vegan for 15 yrs, and became a Texas Cottage home baker in 2016. I am married to an avid mountain biker and together we have 3 children who were born with crazy food allergies, so that means my kitchen is free of peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, dairy, and egg! When I am not in the kitchen I am homeschooling two of my children, rescuing domestic and wildlife animals, watching soccer games, and watching our daughter perform on the high school football field! As you can see there is no dull moment around here! 🤣

I bake customized orders to fit most any dietary need. For instance, customers can choose their choice of flour and sweetener, oil or no oil, etc.

I consider my bakery on the healthy side with organic and simple ingredients. Organic cane sugar is not my go to, but certainly will use if requested.

Cookies and Cream

Not only is this cake vegan, gluten free, and made with organic ingredients, but also the frosting is made with fresh baked vegan gluten free chocolate cookies mixed with vanilla vegan buttercream perfectly paired with either vanilla or chocolate cake (I recommend chocolate for the chocolate lovers).
