Next month we will celebrate our 1 year anniversary!! We plan on donating the proceeds of our cinnamon rolls that day to very important to our community organizations. Please remember this is a position that starts very very early, but it gives you daytime hours off. Depending on our needs, you will work 2-5 shifts a week, you must be available on weekends as well. Pay is competitive and tip share adds $3-$4 per hour to your pay on average.
We are looking for someone that is a quick learner, takes direction, smiles earnestly, and enjoys working with others to create high-quality products.
You will be on your feet most of the shift, mixing dough, shaping breads, and operating the oven. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds by yourself.
We are a locally owned small business, and you will be brought in for our opening helping us get everything set up and ready to bring fresh baked bread to the community.
If you have a positive attitude and a love for learning, we would love for you to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Bake breads, pies, cookies, brownies, and other pastries as needed for the baking schedule and any special orders, catering, or wholesale orders, as well as, assisting in production planning and scheduling to meet daily requirements.
*Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards, and using/maintaining proper equipment.
*Track and maintain product records and inventory stores.
*Clean and sanitize equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments. Keep display equipment clean.
*Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
*Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA safety standards are met.
*Perform other duties and tasks as ask and required.

-Want to work very early hours
-Have some baking/kitchen skills (even self-taught is great)
-Are able to lift 50lbs and work a full shift on your feet
-Can smile and laugh and enjoy being around others and helping people
-Have impeccable time management skills
-Have a food safety certification or are willing to get one

Our Annual Calling All Angels Toy Drive has drawn to a close and we would like to take a moment to offer a big AOC 'thank you' to everyone who made this event possible.

Whether you adopted a family, donated wish list items, or made a monetary contribution, you have made a huge difference in the lives of many medically fragile children this holiday season. Your act of kindness will bring smiles and joy to many deserving children and parents, and for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We would also like to thank our incredible friends at 97.5 K-Lake for hosting the Calling All Angels Toy Drive and helping us to coordinate all online donations. It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate the season of giving with you all again this year, and we look forward to next year's radio event.
