This beautiful Cake went out yesterday for a sweet 16 birthday tea party. Pink Champagne cake on top chocolate cake in the middle and a special vanilla fun Fetti on the bottom all with raspberry filling. We did mini cupcakes in vanilla and chocolate.

I also did some special mini cakes and cupcake minis for one of my “honorary bonus kids” She’s my sweet baby girls bestie for life. Quick frost after work for these cuties. Raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for both cakes, pink champagne white with purple scroll, and a purple velvet champagne cake in purple 🤩

Her little brother melted my heart last night when I was dropping off, He declared to his girl, “It’s the best cake you’ll ever eat!” 💞

Happy 3rd birthday to a little Baby Lady who is my daughters namesake. 💞
Her momma babysat for my sweet Angel girl once upon a time. This cute dessert table was a huge blessing to give this sweet little family! Everyone raved about how good the cake was. Vanilla almond cake with lemon filling, champagne cake with raspberry filling, & chocolate cake with whipped vanilla dairy free filling, frosted in vanilla buttercream
Part of the reason JessiCakes was born came from losing my little Princess to cancer in 2015 when she was just 10.
In some small way it helps make up for those lost moments that won’t be celebrated in our family.
