*** Sweet bread and sourdough loaves have sold out***

This *might* be the last time I make sweet bread for selling in my bakery before I close up shop.

Order before noon on Wednesday for a Friday evening pickup. Quantities are extremely limited as I’m working with very limited equipment now.

Just a friendly reminder that there will be no bake day this coming week. We have to travel to the Bay Area to drop off our huge crates to get shipped to Portugal for our move. I won’t be back in time to get my starter ready and whatnot.

The next day that I’ll be baking is September 4th. Orders for that bake day will open on August 30th. Thank you 🩷

I won’t have childcare and while I have done bake days with my kids home, it’s their last week before school starts and I want to be with them instead of genetically trying to weigh our ingredients and get frustrated at the constant interruptions. Friday August 21 will be my next bake day, in which the menu will be posted on the previous Sunday.

Then the week after we have to go out of town to take our containers down to the Bay Area to ship off to Portugal for our move.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. I don’t know when my last bake day will be for certain but I know it will be sometime in October as I am slowly getting rid of the last of my equipment.

My first bake day in a while ❤️ As many of you know, we are moving to Portugal in a few months. I’ll be baking probably only for another 6-8 weeks as I have to sell off the rest of my equipment. Also, the output I’m able to create now is lower because I don’t have my two huge dough fridges and my bread oven anymore.

Order before Wednesday at noon to pick up your goodies on Friday evening in Mckinleyville. Thank you again for supporting my business the last few years.
