standard recipes, with flavors like chocolate, vanilla and pumpkin, strong & delicious. Gluten Free flours used are high in protein, with good amounts of iron & fiber. Allergic, myself, to wheat & milk, & cooking for loved ones & friends for many years, who have serious allergies to milk, wheat &/or various food dyes & preservatives, I am extremely sensitive to the seriousness of food sensitivities & allergies, & my aim is always to create recipes & products so good that even those without allergies love them. Creating Gluten-Free Recipes is the focus here, but many products created are dairy free, as well. I've found, through much experimentation, creativity & trial & error, that almost any recipe can be made excellent, gluten-free & completely allergy-free.
