Deep Creek Shop ’n Save is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our team! If you enjoy leading people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the job for you.
⭐ Position: Assistant Store Manager
📍 Location: Deep Creek, MD
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time — includes weekends/holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns
• Lead, train, and support store associates
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Monitor inventory levels, stock shelves, and assist with ordering
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention
• Help open and close the store as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous retail or grocery experience preferred
