It’s wild to me that I’m making this post right now! Wheely Good Bakes is making the transition to The Shared Apron!

I started this little home bakery as a farm stand in my in-laws’ driveway as a way to make a little money after I stopped teaching. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but I had always loved to bake. So I figured, why not? 🤷🏼‍♀️

It grew way more and faster than I thought it would! To think it has only been about 14 months since we started, and now we’re moving to a storefront in Waverly.

I am so grateful to all of you who have stopped by at farmers markets, ordered treats, bought goodies from 70 & Main, and those of you who bought things from the farm stand at the very beginning ♥️🍪

🍩 A little sneak peek from behind the scenes…

We’ve been spending a whole lot of time in the kitchen lately — mixing, testing, tweaking, tasting (someone has to do the hard work 😉), and perfecting recipes so that when we open our doors, we’re bringing Waverly the very best we can make.

We don’t want to just make things that are good. We want you to take that first bite and immediately know how much time, care, and love went into getting it just right. 🤍

These glazed donuts are just one of the recipes we’ve been working on… and we have so much more happening behind the scenes that we can’t wait to share with you.

Opening day is getting closer, the ovens are getting warmer, and our kitchen is starting to smell really good. 🥐🍞🍩
