This week’s special at 5 Loaves Bread Co. is Fresh-Milled fruit filled Kolaches!

Soft, lightly sweet dough made with fresh-milled organic wheat and filled with delicious fruit and cream cheese centers, and topped with a light crumb topping and glaze. These turned out SO good and make the perfect breakfast or afternoon treat!

Fresh-milled blueberry scones 🫐✨

Tender, buttery, packed with juicy blueberries, and made with fresh-milled whole wheat for that rich homemade flavor you just can’t get from store-bought baked goods.

These are the kind of scones that make you want coffee on the porch and absolutely no responsibilities for the next hour. 🤭

Fresh-Milled Whole Wheat English Muffins are coming to the menu next week and I’m honestly excited about these. 😍

They’re soft, chewy, buttery, full of those classic little nooks & crannies, and made with freshly milled organic wheat. After testing different methods, the stovetop version absolutely won and gave them that true English muffin texture.

They’re SO good toasted with butter and jam or made into breakfast sandwiches.

Limited batches next week since everything is made fresh to order, so if you want some, don’t wait too long to claim them. 👀

We’ve made the leap and are now baking exclusively with fresh-milled flour—no compromises, no mixes, just grain milled fresh and turned into authentic bread. Our sandwich bread is soft and pillowy with nutritious whole grain flavor.
Our sourdough is slow-fermented, richly flavorful, and crafted the way bread used to be crafted… and honestly, the way it’s meant to be.
