White Tiger Bakery I would like to open a non-profit gluten-free bakery in the Copper Basin.

I would like to offer a menu of simple gluten-free sandwiches, soups, salads, fruit, and other simple baked goods. The luncheonette and bakery profits will be used for cooking, educational, and support for the gluten-free community classes.
