You know your sourdough starter is healthy when it overflows out of the container! Pumpkin spice bread in the works 3 days earlier than planned. I was going to launch the fall baking season on Saturday, but well here we are! I couldn’t waste it! Next is cinnamon rolls, snickerdoodles, some kind of jumbo crumble muffin - maybe pumpkin spice too. Soft baked pretzels, brownies, chocolate no bake cookies, and my family favorite - homemade hot chocolate mix. I’m excited!! Also, we’re out of fresh eggs! I sold out! My hens are laying a dozen a day at the moment and they’re already pre-sold. Im loving every minute of this!!

Hello neighbors! I’m excited to share that I’ve opened a farm stand at 637 Union Church Rd, McBee, SC 29101. (GPS will bring you here easily). We plan to be open 7 days a week from 9am–8pm, weather permitting.

Our chickens are giving us more eggs than we can eat but to make it worth your while, you’ll also find a variety of fresh baked goods, small handmade items - crafts and other little treasures. We’ll also have fresh eggs of course (unwashed but refrigerated) available mostly on weekends for now — our hens are seasonal layers and will pick back up once the summer heat breaks although they're laying more than I expected now.

All of my baked goods are made from family recipes passed down through generations, tried-and-true favorites that I’m proud to share with our community.

We will have sour dough, but according to SC guidelines I have to use a commercial starter so I’m going to order King Arthur starter and will share as soon as I have bread and other sour dough items ready.
