White chocolate lemon cheesecake 🍋🍰.
This cheesecake is made with a combination of cream cheese & mascarpone cheese and lots of lemon juice & zest. The lemon sponge cake base soaks up with our homemade lemon sugar syrup which keeps it super moist and soft. Then a thin layer of sweet vanilla white chocolate whipped cream to balance out the 🍋 flavour.
It’s light, creamy, luscious and rich in lemony flavour 💛.

Since tomorrow is the Three Kings Day, we just made a traditional Spanish brioche sweet bread. We added our own little twists to it but is just as beautiful and delicious 😋.
This soft buttery bread is filled with a nice and smooth homemade custard & whipped cream infused with strawberry liqueur 🤤.

These classic Scottish shortbread (also named shortie) are a delicate buttery cookie and are eaten at Christmas & New Year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🧈🍪. They’re usually in a smaller size rectangular shape but here in Texas, everything is huge! 🙌🏻
So we doubled their size and now as you can see in the photos, they’re a large round cookie. A size of the palm or like a Christmas tree ornament ✨.
We keep the original flavour and another one is topped with a tangy strawberry jam and dusted with some powdered sugar. Perfect and beautiful treats for this season 🤎.
