Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to not renew our lease at Mercado District. As of December 22th, Ambrosia Vegan Bakery will no longer be open at Mercado District.

We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown us throughout our journey. It has been a true blessing that we were able to have our shop open for 3 years. It was a great pleasure to serve this community and an honor to have been made part of so many of your special moments. Your smiles, kind words, and trust have meant the world to us.

Although we will no longer be open at Mercado District, it is not the end of Ambrosia. We get a lot of joy from participating in Farmers Markets and we plan to continue doing that. You will still be able to find us at Fireman’s Park Farmers Market and Harlingen Farmers Market for delicious desserts. Custom cake orders are now temporarily halted and we’ll make an announcement when we are ready to accept them again.

Again, thank you so much for your support over the last 3 years and we’ll see you again.
