Just a reminder that tomorrow I will be set up at Back to the Best in Rubicon starting at 9am and going until sold out!
~Please keep in mind that I will not be there on Friday, October 23rd~

Tomorrow’s line up as long as all bakes go well:

*Classic sourdough loaves
*Apple streusel sourdough Danishes
*Sourdough pizza crusts
*Einkorn chocolate chip cookies

I’ve been selling out pretty early in the morning. I am so sorry but I cannot hold items moving forward even with payment to secure goods. As much as I would love to do this, it limits what is left over for customers that come in and are eager to try some things out. I’ve had to turn people away due to selling out or holding items for others and a few were not so happy 😬Seeing as I cannot make everyone happy, as much as I would love to, I know my limits and I’ve decided to bypass the tough conversations and do what I believe is best moving forward. Business is never easy to navigate- I’m doing my best!
Also ~ I’ve been asked a LOT about custom orders. I do not love to operate on this type of system. With kids and the occasional surprise in life, I need flexibility in my weekly schedule and sometimes that looks like not being able to bake at all. I don’t like to over promise or feel obligated to change up our daily lives to meet a deadline/expectation. This will not be something I will ever likely explore moving forward.

Hello all 👋

Just a heads up for the next two weeks:

This week, October 16th, I am *planning* to be at Back to the Best with treats, bread and pizza crusts.
The following week, October 23rd, I will not be able to bring anything ~ I’ll be cheering my girls on during their last cross country meet for the season.
I hope to bring a decent amount of everything this Friday to keep everyone as happy as possible 😅
Please plan to be there early if you’d like to secure some goods!

Hey all
I planned to have a good amount of desserts for tomorrow. However, I am sorry to say neither pizza crusts nor danishes will be made available. We very quickly and unexpectedly lost our German shepherd due to an aggressive cancer that is nicknamed “the silent killer“, due to it not being detectable until it’s too late, 3 days ago. Now as of late last night we may be losing another best friend, our cat Brutus, due to a bladder obstruction. I was advised by the vet to put him down today - however a fighting chance seemed more appropriate. Please pray that he pulls through and we can save him. There are quite a few broken hearts around here already. It has been an emotionally hard week. I will bake what is already prepped and bring that tomorrow.

Friday October 9th I will have very limited bread available. As we near the end of cross-country season the schedule gets tight and everything is a bit of a whirlwind. There's not a whole lot of room to bake as much as I normally would during the weeks that my girls have meets. I *hope* to resume regular baking weekly come November when life slows back down. I appreciate everyone that hangs about throughout all of the schedule changes and adjustments. Last weekend I completely sold out of bread and I anticipate that happening again this week. This is not a "scarcity" tactic by any means- simply a heads up in case you're wanting a loaf. Please plan to get to Back to The Best in Rubicon early. I will be set up there again with my helper starting at 9 am and go until sold out.
This weekend there will be classic loaves (limited), einkorn cookies and pumpkin pie danishes. I **might** make pizza crusts- we will see what time allows.

BUT Venmo will also be made available

If you are not able to make it by noon, you can message me. I’ll make it known what is available and if you’d like something held, please let me know by 10am ~ Payment is required ahead of time through Venmo to hold product.
