We set a HUGE goal for this weekend.

Honestly, it's so big I almost don't even want to say it out loud. 😅

This week has been filled with more prep, more dough, more ingredients, and a longer bake day than we've ever had before. By the time we're done, we'll have baked nearly 300 loaves of sourdough bread.

When we bought our bread oven, we thought it would be enough forever. This week she ran for over 17 hours straight, and for the first time we're genuinely wondering if a second oven might be in our future. 🥖🔥

It's exciting. It's a little (ok a lot!) scary. And it's only possible because of you.

Week after week, you show up for us. You stop by the farm stand, tell your friends, share our posts, and support this little bakery dream in ways we'll never be able to fully express.
