I’ve never counted just how many hundreds of batches of sourdough I’ve mixed over the last three years, but I think it’s safe to say this danish dough whisk put in some hard work before this unfortunate incident. Thankfully I have a second whisk. And I also just ordered two more, because I had a feeling one was going to retire on me.

Must be a market weekend. My baking racks keep filling up, my boxes are slowly being filled and stacked. You know the drill, be at the park tomorrow at noon because once the bread is gone, it’s GONE! No holds. First come, first serve.

I love having so many amazingly talented people and businesses in my community. Thank you to TreeHugger Complete Tree Care for this beautiful red oak cutting board-it’s perfect for slicing up my bread. (And she even put my favorite reminder on it-this is written on the window of my door to my garage because I’m constantly forgetting to grab bread for deliveries lol!)

I asked Cherry Creek Woodworking how hard it would be to put my logo on this beautiful cutting/charcuterie board they made, it turns out it’s not very hard at all! I love this board so much and am excited to have such a great piece to display on my table at the markets next year.
Thank you Kaila and Jordan for this, it’s fabulous!

Side Note: It’s still surreal to me that I have a logo to put on things like this, all because you amazing people buy my bread. So thank you! ❤️

Did someone ask for sourdough?!?!
Come see me this Saturday at the winter market! I’ll be there with as much bread as I can bake from 11-3. But once it’s gone, it’s gone! So you might want to plan on stopping by my table first. ☺️ I hope to see you all there!
