Good morning, friends. ❤️

I’m here today, just moving a little slower than usual. Sleep has been hard to come by lately, so I’m taking things one step at a time and giving myself a little grace.

The good news? There are turnovers in the oven right now, cookies will definitely be filling the case today, and I’m hoping to have some coffee cakes ready a bit later as well.

And of course, our sandwiches are available all day if you’re looking for lunch.

Thank you all for your patience, your kindness, and for checking in on me. It means more than you know. Some days the support from this little community is what gets me through.

Good morning, Forkers.

I wanted to let everyone know that there won’t be caramel rolls this morning.

My grandpa passed away yesterday, and between spending time with family and trying to keep up with everything here at the shop, I just wasn’t able to get a batch prepared. As much as I hate disappointing people, some things have to take priority for a moment.

We will still have coffee brewing, sandwiches available, and other goodies in the case throughout the day.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and grace during this difficult time. The support this community has shown me and my family means more than I can put into words.

Good morning, friends. ❤️

I wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up that the bakery case may be a little emptier than usual today.

My grandpa had a stroke last night and it was so massive there’s nothing they could do for him, and if I’m being completely honest, my heart just isn’t fully in baking today. Between processing the news, checking in with family, and trying to figure out what the next few days look like, I wasn’t able to get much prepared.

We’ll still have coffee, drinks, sandwiches, and a place to gather, but bakery items will be limited today.

Thank you all for the patience, kindness, and support you’ve shown my family and this little shop. Small-town communities are something special, and I’m grateful for every one of you.

Please bear with me as I navigate the days ahead.

Getting ready for today, so I figured I’d better let you know what we are starting off with!

Coffee cakes are the main player in today’s menu! I’ve prepared our classic cinnamon vanilla and two new flavors:

Juneberry 🫐 & Strawberry Rhubarb 🍓

These go fast, so plan ahead! I’ll try to keep them coming all day!

Also, our build your own croissant sandwich is available today as well!

So come on over to Max and enjoy a full belly, good conversation and lots of smiles! We are here until at least 3pm today!

🌞 Good Morning, Forkers! 🌞

Caramel rolls are going to be running a little behind schedule this morning.

I’m currently testing some new prep methods behind the scenes to help streamline the process, improve consistency, and (hopefully!) get more rolls into your hands each caramel roll day. As with any experiment, there are a few bumps along the way, and today’s dough decided it wanted a little extra time to wake up. 😅

The good news is the rolls are coming, they’re just moving a little slower than planned this morning.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding as I continue learning and growing. Every tweak and adjustment is with the goal of serving more of you while keeping the quality you’ve come to expect from Keep Your Fork.

I’ll post an update as soon as they’re coming out of the oven! ❤️
