Meet Kody, the owner and founder of Granny B’s Bakery, a small but thriving cake and dessert business based in Maud, TX! Kody’s love of baking began at a young age, when she spent countless hours watching food network, admiring the work of incredible artists. Years later, after working in the corporate world for several years, Kody decided to follow her passion and start her own business as a side hustle!

Granny B’s specializes in custom cakes and desserts made with the finest ingredients, including top of the line butter, flour and flavorings. Her unique flavor combinations, like cookies&cream and cinnamon-honey sweet potato, have earned her a devoted following of customers who can't get enough of her delicious treats.

In addition to running her business, Kody is also committed to serving her community by donating to non profits and organizations wishing to raise money for just causes.

Kody’s dedication to quality, creativity, and community has not gone unnoticed. Her cakes are always homemade with no frozen, boxed or premade ingredients. She is passionate about continuing to grow her business and bringing joy to customers through her sweet treats.

When she's not baking, Kody can be found traveling, crocheting a cute toy, or spending time with her family and friends. She is grateful for the support of her customers and looks forward to sharing her cakes and other treats with even more people in the years to come.

HELLO my granny b’s bakery family!!

I am SO SORRY I have been MIA lately. I have had a lot of life changes lately including getting married to my best friend! I have missed you all so much.

Additionally, with a heavy heart I have to let all my upstate, SC customers know that I am moving to Texas as of June 27th, 2025.

I greatly appreciate all of your love and support over the last 4 years of my business. Words can’t describe as much I will miss service you.

I am so excited to service my new family, friends and customers in Texarkana and surrounding areas of Texas!

I have been MIA for a while.
I am staying busy wedding planning and getting ready to move across the country LOL
But I got the privilege to make this sweet pull apart cupcake cake for the most precious 3 year old today!! Happy Birthday Maddox.
