Happy 6th Anniversary, Eleven Eleven! 🥳✨

Six years ago, this journey started with a simple idea: to make delicious baked goods that everyone could enjoy, regardless of their dietary needs.

From one loaf to a whole menu, from those first orders to an amazing community that continues to support us, it's been quite a journey!

There have been challenges, lessons, and countless moments that have made all the hard work worth it. We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of our story and helped us get to where we are today.

It’s hard to believe that six years have passed since this little bakery journey began.

What started as a dream has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of — and so much of that is because of the people who have supported us along the way.

Every order, market visit, kind message, recommendation, and familiar face has meant more than you know.

We’ve learned so much, grown so much, and baked A LOT of bread and sweet treats along the way. 😂🍞

As we celebrate six years, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come and excited for everything still ahead.
