Tucked away in the sleepy little town of Matawan, NJ at 106 Main Street is Papa Ganache. We are a vegan bakery, also producing vegan/gluten free baked and savory items in a dedicated vegan/gluten free kitchen. We offer amazingly delicious treats baked in small batches that are cholesterol free, containing no trans fat, dairy, eggs, no preservatives, no animal products, all natural and mostly orga

nic. We are NOT a nut free facility, but offer numerous soy and nut free products. As we share a kitchen with soy & nuts we want you to know that despite our best efforts cross contact is possible. If you have an inquiring mind and want to know, we sweeten our baked goods with organic, evaporated cane juice and agave nectar.
