Fact: I spent 10 years in the back of an old school pizzeria ripping through baked cutlets like a madman for $7.50/hour…I’m not saying we perfected the baked cutlet, im also not saying we didn’t, but we sure as hell don’t care that yours are deep fried in beef tallow 🐄🙈
Baked cutlets on our menu every day, addem to a sammy, BYO, or takem to snack on the go 🏃‍♂️
