General information
Nadia, a graduate of New York Institute of Technology's Culinary School, established a home-based baking business, Nadia's Dolci, since 2006. Nadia is currently the Pastry Chef for Capital One Bank Executive Dining Room in Melville. With new and returning customers she has been able to build a strong clientele and decided to take on a partner, close friend, Cindy. They both created The Sweetest Thing in 2012 Cindy was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University and has been in the food service and sales industry for 8 years. She is currently the bar manager at Croxley's Ale House in Franklin Square and bakes cupcakes and cakes for family and friends.
