This week is bake week at Wildthings Bakery!
I’ll be delivering:
• Havana on Wednesday
• Mason City on Thursday
I’ll also be passing through Greenview and Petersburg, so let me know if you’d like to be included from those areas.
All of my loaves are made with organic flours and naturally fermented sourdough. Long fermentation helps make sourdough easier to digest, supports gut health, and allows your body to better absorb nutrients. Using organic flours means fewer chemicals, better soil stewardship, and bread that’s closer to how it was traditionally made.
I’m also exploring a more eco-friendly packaging option. If anyone would be interested in a reusable bread bag with a small bag deposit, let me know. I’d love to reduce waste where I can ♻️
